I UNDERSTAND THAT THE UNIVERSITY IS PARTICULARLY PROUD OF THE COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CHINESE GARDEN ADJACENT TO THE ARTS LAW BUILDING, WHICH FEATURES A LAKE, AND A STONE WALL WITH A MOONGATE ENTRANCE. MR SPEAKER, THERE IS NO DOUBT THAT THE UNIVERSITY IS IN A SUPERB LOCATION AND THIS WILL BECOME EVEN MORE APPARENT AS THE BUILDING AND LANDSCAPING PLANS COME TO FRUITION. THERE ARE OTHER BUILDING PROJECTS ON THE DRAWING BOARD, MR SPEAKER, INCLUDING NEW STUDENT ACCOMMODATION WHICH WILL PROVIDE ADDITIONAL BEDS AT NORTH FLINDERS INTERNATIONAL HOUSE. SOME SELF-CONTAINED UNITS WILL ALSO BE CONSTRUCTED. DESIGNS ALSO ARE CURRENTLY BEING PREPARED TO IMPROVE THE ENTRANCE PRECINCT IN FRONT OF BUILDING 29. 10
