i ANNUAL REPORT 1994-95 PROGRAM FOR 1995-96 Government House is already receiving invitations and requests for the Administrator and Dr Asche to attend official functions, speak as guest speakers at seminars and conferences, attend openings of buildings and exhibitions, visit townships and communities and welcome official guests. The following are major initiatives for 1995-96: Review financing options for the maintenance of Government House. Repair flats one, two and three as a consequence of root damage and prevent further damage. Develop a program for upgrading the terrace. Modernise the kitchen. Continue to improve the gardens. Develop a Heritage Maintenance Plan for the gardens. Upgrade the irrigation system. Continue the stone restoration program. Repair damaged stone wall at the Administrator's offices.
