Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Northern Territory Governments initiatives with particular emphasis on trade developments in the region. In consultation with foreign Government representatives arranged a number of visits to the Northern Territory on behalf of private foreign investors. Also arranged the official visits to Indonesia and Malaysia by the Chief Minister of the Northern Territory. Within available resources update Government information publications such as Whos What Where in the Northern Territory, Profile Northern Territory Australia and Northern Territory Flag booklet. Continued to update and provide informative data and publications in respect of the Insignia of the Northern Territory, Ministers pamphlets and provided a photographic library service to Government Agencies. PROGRAM FOR 1995-96 Provide protocol advice and the organisation of arrangements for visiting dignitaries and State functions. Further implement of performance management procedures.
