This provides for the Commonwealth to manage the Roll on behalf of the Northern Territory. Habitation Review In accordance with the Joint Rolls Arrangement, this review is presently being undertaken. Legislation Review The Bill amending the existing Act, was tabled on 25 May 1995. PROGRAM FOR 1995-96 Conduct elections as required. Maintain the Electoral Roll. Provide advice and information on electoral policy and procedures. Develop and maintain a rolling four year plan of elections. Review relevant legislative and policy developments in other jurisdictions. 40
