i ANNUAL REPORT 1994-95 ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES I remain the Chief Executive Officer of both the Office of the Arts and Cultural Affairs and the Office of Ethnic Affairs and in that capacity I have continued to report to the Honourable Shane L Stone MLA in his capacity as Minister for Arts and Minister for Ethnic Affairs. The Office of the Arts and Cultural Affairs and the Office of Ethnic Affairs produce separate Annual Reports and their activities are therefore not included in this report The Department also provides administrative support services to the Office of the Auditor-General. The Auditor-General reports directly to Parliament in his own statutory right MANAGEMENT CHANGE Mr Robin F Flannery, formerly the Secretary of the Department of Sport and Recreation, was appointed Deputy Secretary on 26 June 1995, replacing Ms Margaret P Lyons. I wish to thank Ms Lyons for her invaluable support as my Deputy over the last few years. ACKNOWLEDGMENT It is with pleasure that I again acknowledge the effort and commitment of the staff in the Department All staff play an important role in having the Department carry out its functions in support of the Governments policies and directions.
