About 70 community members converged on the Godinymayin Yijard Rivers Arts and Culture Centre for the event, during which the government unveiled Our Water Future Discussion Paper - A Conversation with Territorians, which aims to protect the Territorys precious water assets. Katherine and District Show Society show officer Courtney Golding said organisers were hoping more than 600 people would participate in the Guinness World Record attempt, which will promote the health of the Katherine region.
