11 (i) after the effective date the Operator shall, when requested by the Minister, procure and make available to the Minister all information in respect of Lasseters Holding's shareholders, directors or corporate structure and all minutes of meetings of shareholders and directors and other records of or in relation to Lasseters Holdings so far as they are relevant to the provisions o f this subclause; (j) the Operator shall notify the Minister within 14 days o f any change in shareholding of Lasseters Holdings; (k) provided that in the Minister's opinion there has been no material alterations in the suitability of Kuan Peng Soon, for the purpose of clause 3.3(d) and (h) the Minister consents to Kuan Peng Soon being appointed a director o f the Lasseters Holdings within the period of 6 months from the effective date, or such further period as the Minister may agree to. 4. CONDUCT OF THE INTERNET GAMING BUSINESS l * T f 4.1 Approval The Operator may only conduct internet games: (a) that are approved games; (b) using an approved computer system; (c) under an approved control system; (d) from an approved location; and (e) using appropriately qualified and trained personnel to conduct the internet gaming business in accordance with this agreement, the majority of whom must be resident in Alice Springs. 4.2 New games Subject to clause 4.5(b) the Operator may apply to the Director to extend its internet gaming business to the organisation or playing of new games by submitting to the Director: (a) a written application for approval; and (b) proposed rules, procedures and a description of the computerised equipment for the operation and playing of each new game. 4.3 Approval of new games The Director will assess all applications for new games and will either: (a) formally approve the Operator's application by written notice to the Operator, after which it will be deemed an approved game; or (b) reject the Operator's application which the Director will be entitled to do in his absolute discretion.
