(f) not vary the placement o f the computerised equipment or other associated facilities used in connection with the internet gaming business without the prior approval o f the Director. 4.6 Responsible Personnel The Operator will during the term of this agreement appoint: < (a) a manager of the internet gaming business who must: (i) be resident in Alice Springs; (ii) first be approved by the Minister in the Minister's absolute discretion; (iii) strictly comply with any conditions that the Minister's approval may be subject to (such conditions may be varied, revoked or replaced at any time by the Minister not acting capriciously); (iv) be personally responsible for the conduct of the Operator's internet gaming business; (v) seek advice, in relation to the operation and business o f the Operator from a director o f the Operator, or a person approved by the Director, in the Director's absolute discretion (which approval may be subject to conditions, variation or revocation at any time by the Ministep. Where approval is granted subject to conditions, the Operator will ensure that the person approved does not act except in accordance with such conditions; (b) a management information systems manager for the internet gaming business who must: (i) first be approved by the Minister in the Ministers absolute discretion; (ii) strictly comply with any conditions that the Ministers approval may be subject to (such conditions may be varied, revoked or replaced at any time by the Minister not acting capriciously); (iii) report directly to the Operator with regard to security matters associated with the information systems; (iv) not be responsible to, nor subject to the directions of, the manager in his capacity as manager. 4.7 Player registration Subject always to clause 4.8 the Operator must: (a) only allow registered players to participate in an approved game in accordance with Part 7 Division 1 of the Regulations; (b) ensure that no person under 18 years of age is accepted for registration and will: 13 DRWDOCS\COULTSI\26019.13
