Description

"This Report presents statistics about the NT Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adult population, who we define as being aged 15 years and over. It uses multiple data sources that can provide information about parts of the picture showing NT Aboriginal adult competency in English LLN. The Report's purpose is to increase insight and understanding of the extent of low levels of adult Aboriginal LLN, who it is affecting, and areas of greatest need. It provides a basis for consultation to inform collective action and to inform or prompt further research." - P. 9, Made available via the Publications (Legal Deposit) Act 2004 (NT).,
