MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS-Thursday 1 Dcccmbcr 1994 Clause 6 negatived. Title agreed to. Bill to be reported with amendments. The Speaker (M r McCarthy) resumed the Chair; the Chairman (M r Setter) reported accordingly; and the report was adopted. On the motion o f the Minister for Primary Industry and Fisheries (M r Palmer) the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law. 24. ANNUAL REPORT OF THE OFFICE OF THE AUDITOR-GENERAL 1994-PAPER NOTED: The order o f the day having been read for the resumption o f the debate on the question - That the Assembly take note o f the Paper - Debate ensued. Question - put and passed. 25. ANNUAL REPORT OF THE OFFICE OF THE OM BUDSM AN, 1993-94-PAPER NOTED: The order o f the day having been read for the resumption o f the debate on the question - That the Assembly take note o f the Paper - Debate ensued. Question - put and passed. 26. SPECIAL ADJOURNMENT: The Leader o f Government Business (Mr Stone) moved - That the Assembly at its rising adjourn until Tuesday 21 February 1995 at 10.00 a.m. or such other time and/or date as may be set by Mr Speaker, pursuant to Sessional Order. Question - put and passed. 27. ADJOURNMENT: The Leader o f Government Business (Mr Stone) moved - That the Assembly do now adjourn. Debate ensued. And the Assembly having continued to sit until 12 midnight - Friday 2 December 1994 A.M. Debate continued. Question - put and passed. And the Assembly adjourned at 12.43 a.m. until Tuesday 21 February 1995 at 10.00 a.m. or such other time and/or date as may be set by the Speaker, pursuant to Sessional Order.
