SESSIONAL COMMITTEE ON CONSTITUTIONAL DEVELOPMENT, ANNUAL REPORT 1993-94-PAPER TABLED-PAPER PRINTED-PAPER NOTED: The Chairman o f the Sessional Committee on Constitutional Development (Mr Hatton) laid on the Tabic the Annual Report o f the Sessional Committee on Constitutional Development for the year ended 30 June 1994 (Paper 331). Mr Hatton moved - That the Paper be printed. Question - put and passed. Mr Hatton moved - That the Assembly take note o f the Paper. Debate ensued. Question - put and passed. 13. SESSIONAL COMMITTEE ON THE NEW PARLIAMENT HOUSE-M OTION TO DISCHARGE, AGREED TO: Suspension of Standing Orders-M ove a motion: The Leader o f Government Business (M r Stone) moved - That so much o f Standing Orders be suspended as would prevent a motion being moved in regard to the discharge o f the Sessional Committee on the New Parliament House Committee. Question - put and passed - there being an absolute majority o f the whole number o f Members present and no dissentient voice. Mr Stone moved - That the Assembly Resolution o f 27 June 1994 appointing the Sessional Committee on the New Parliament House be rescinded. Debate ensued. The Leader o f the Opposition (Mr Ede) moved the following amendment Omit all words after move and insert in their stead provide a report to this Assembly o f their activities against the various tasks given to them by this Assembly including their management o f the project and advising on the extent to which they arc responsible for the increases in costs during the project.. Mr Stone moved - That the question be now put. Question -That the question be now put - put. The Assembly divided (the Speaker, Hon. T.R.
