DATE ACTION 1. January 2003 You and S/Constable Westra Van Holthe talk about entering into an agreement for sale and purchase the vehicle. 2. 21 January 2003 The vehicle is sold by verbal agreement and ownership and control is passed from you to S/Constable Westra Van Holthe. A Notice of Disposal is also handed over. The Notice of Disposal has the date and sale price filled out along with a signature of yourself acknowledging the sale. Attached to the Notice is an Application to Transfer form which had the date, the sale price and the market value filled in and your signature in the seller to complete section. 3. January- February 2003 S/Constable Westra Van Holthe commences making repayments on the vehicle to you. A total of $3,000 is paid. S/Constable Westra Van Holthe does not transfer the registration into his name (by lodging the Application to Transfer) and pay the applicable stamp duty within 14 days of the date of the sale (see item 2).
