ANSWERS TO ESTIMATES COMMITTEE-RELATED WRITTEN QUESTIONS 2011-12 27. One employee has utilised section 55.3(b) long service leave cash-out of 10 years under the NTPS 2010-2013 Enterprise Agreement. As at 30 March 2011, the CEO has not directed any employee under section 52.7 excess leave of the NTPS 2010-2013 Enterprise Agreement to take leave.
