ANSWERS TO ESTIMATES COMMITTEE-RELATED WRITTEN QUESTIONS 2011-12 28. DPC has a separate enterprise agreement and therefore does not apply. 29. The workers compensation claim is for a non-current employee and is being disputed by DPC insurer via the Work Health Court. DPC had one other employee (PSW3) on a return to work plan on light duties for an ongoing workers compensation claim. 31. DPC had 14 workers compensation claims during the year ended 31 March 2011.
