M IN U T E S O F PRO CEED ING S - T uesday 15 February 2005 Mr Wood moved the following amendment to insert a new subsection 123(9) to the Principal Act "(9) Any decision made under section 123(8) is not appealable". Amendment negatived. Clause 33, as printed, agreed to. Remainder of the Bill, by leave, taken as a whole and agreed to. Bill to be reported with amendments. The Assembly resumed; the Speaker (Mrs Braham) resumed the Chair; the Deputy Chair (Ms Lawrie) reported the Bill with amendments. And the Report was adopted. On the motion of the Minister for Lands and Planning (Dr Bums) the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law. 7. AUDITOR-GENERAL'S FEBRUARY 2005 REPORT TO THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY - PAPER TABLED - PRINT - MOTION TO NOTE REPORT: The Speaker laid on the Table the Auditor-General's February 2005 Report to the Legislative Assembly (Paper 1629). The Chief Minister (Ms Martin) moved - That the Report be printed. Question - put and passed. Ms Martin moved - That the Assembly take note of the Report and that leave be granted to continue her remarks at a later hour. Leave granted - Debate adjourned. 8. OMBUDSMAN ANNUAL REPORT 2003/2004 - MOTION TO NOTE REPORT: The Chief Minister (Ms Martin) laid on the Table the Annual Report of the Ombudsman 2003/2004 (Paper 1630). Ms Martin moved - That the Report be printed. Question - put and passed. Ms Martin moved - That the Assembly take note of the report. Debate ensued. On the motion of the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Burke) debate was adjourned. 9. AUSTRALASIA TRADE ROUTE DEVELOPMENT - MINISTERIAL STATEMENT - STATEMENT NOTED: The Chief Minister (Ms Martin) made a statement relating to the development of the AustralAsia Trade Route through the Territory and output shipping tonnage growth through the East Arm Port precinct and to Asia. Ms Martin moved - That the Assembly take note of the Statement. Debate ensued. Paper tabled: Ms Martin laid on the Table the following Paper Growing Our Trade Route, A Strategy for New Transport and Trade Links (Paper 1631). Debate ensued. Question - put and passed. 10. ADJOURNMENT: The Chief Minister (Ms Martin) moved - That the Assembly do now adjourn. Debate ensued.
