Bill, as printed, agreed to. Bill to be reported without amendment. _______________ The Assembly resumed; the Speaker took the Chair; and the Deputy Speaker and Chair of Committees (Ms Walker) reported that the Committee had agreed to the Bill as printed. And the Report was adopted. On the motion of the Minister for Natural Resources, Environment and Heritage (Mr Hampton) the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law. 13. TRAVEL REPORT BY SPEAKER REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL DETERMINATION PARAGRAPH 3.15 (INTERSTATE) PAPER TABLED: Paper tabled: The Speaker laid on the Table the following Travel Report by the Member for Greatorex (Mr Conlan) pursuant to the Remuneration Tribunal Determination Paragraph 3.15 Interstate Travel 26 and 27 November 2010 re Aero Medical Services aircraft in the Territory, letter dated 1 December 2010 (Paper 1163). 14. REMUNERATION TRIBUNAL REPORT ON THE ENTITLEMENTS OF ASSEMBLY MEMBERS AND DETERMINATION No. 1 of 2010 REPORT NOTED: The Order of the Day having been read for the resumption of debate on the question That the Assembly take note of the Paper Debate resumed. Question put and passed. 15. On the motion of the Member for Johnston (Dr Burns) debate was adjourned. 16. Extension of time: On the motion of the Member for Brennan (Mr Chandler) the Member for Barkly (Mr McCarthy) was granted an extension of time, pursuant to Standing Order 77. Debate continued. On the motion of the Treasurer (Ms Lawrie) debate was adjourned. 17. TREASURER'S MID - YEAR REPORT 2010/2011 - PAPER TABLED - MOTION TO NOTE REPORT: The Treasurer (Ms Lawrie) laid on the Table the Treasurer's Mid-Year Report 2010/2011 (Paper 1164). Ms Lawrie made a statement relating thereto. Ms Lawrie moved - That the Assembly take note of the Report. Leave granted to Ms Lawrie to continue her remarks at a later hour. Debate adjourned. 601
