MINUTES OF PROCEEDINGS - Thursday 21 June 2012 considered the Appropriation (2012/2013) Bill 2012 (Serial 208) and the Report of the Estimates Committee and Government Owned Corporations Scrutiny Committee; and agreed to the Appropriation (2012/2013) Bill 2012 (Serial 208) and reports, without amendment. Reports adopted. On the motion of the Treasurer (Ms Lawrie) the Appropriation (2012/2013) Bill 2012 (Serial 208) was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law, after debate. 7. REVENUE LEGISLATION AMENDMENT BILL 2012 (Serial 211): The Order of the Day having been read for the resumption of debate on the question That the Bill be now read a second time Debate resumed. Question put and passed. Bill read a second time. Leave granted for a motion for the third reading of the Bill to be moved forthwith. On the motion of the Treasurer (Ms Lawrie) the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law. 8. NATIONAL HEALTH FUNDING POOL AND ADMINISTRATION (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) BILL 2012 (Serial 212): The Order of the Day having been read for the resumption of debate on the question That the Bill be now read a second time Debate resumed. Question put and passed. Bill read a second time. Leave granted for a motion for the third reading of the Bill to be moved forthwith. On the motion of the Minister for Health (Mr Vatskalis) the Bill was read a third time and passed to be a proposed law. 9. STATEMENT BY SPEAKER: The Speaker made a statement thanking Members for their support during her Speakership. 10. ADJOURNMENT: (2.47pm) The Leader of Government Business (Dr Burns) moved That the Assembly do now adjourn. Debate ensued. Paper tabled: Dr Burns, by leave, laid on the Table the following Paper Photograph of pet dog Bruiser (Paper 1889). Debate continued. Question - put and passed.
