141 Department of Health $8.75 million to continue alcohol reform services development including the Substance Misuse Assessment and Referral for Treatment (SMART) Court, withdrawal support and community outreach programs. $9.22million for secure care accommodation services for young people and adults with complex care needs. $4.97million to continue prisoner health care. $7.26 million towards cancer treatment and accommodation for cancer patients.
