248 Land Development Corporation Economic Sustainability The corporation plans to continue its development of strategic industrial land in the Darwin Business Park and East Arm Area including: completing Darwin Business Park South and commencing development of Darwin Business Park North; planning for development of the Muramats Road project; continuing the planning and development of the East Arm Marine Services Precinct and its associated infrastructure; and consolidating and enhancing the Common User Area and Defence Support Hub for use by industry. Outputs and Performance Output Group: Land Development Outcome: Availability, development and management of strategic industrial land at East Arm, the Defence Support Hub and other locations, as well as provision of an increased range of housing options for Territorians.
