311 Revenue refunds of overpayments incurred in previous financial years; and unclaimed money. Overall, other revenue is expected to decrease by $8.5million in 201112 due to: a decrease in the Department of Justice of $2.8million in 201112, primarily due to the contracts for the provision of legal advice and services to government agencies being agreed to only one year at a time; a decrease in the Department of Resources of $1.5million in 201112 due to agreements for externally funded projects yet to be negotiated and formalised for 201112; a decrease in the Department of Housing, Local Government and Regional Services of $1.3 million in 201112 due to a large number of oneoff items in 201011; and a decrease in superannuation contributions in the CHA of $2.4million in 201112. Superannuation contributions are amounts paid by agencies for employees who are members of the Northern Territory Government superannuation schemes. These superannuation schemes are closed to new members and, as a result the value of superannuation contribution, is expected to decline over time.
