The increase for the Childrens Commissioner reflects additional capacity provided following transfer from the Department of Children and Families to the DepartmentofJustice in 2010-11. The increase for the Health and Community Services Complaints Commission reflects the additional capacity provided and its establishment as a separate office in the DepartmentofJustice in 2010-11.
