83 Department of Justice Childrens Commissioner The Office of the Northern Territory Childrens Commissioner is responsible for investigating complaints regarding required services for vulnerable children, monitoring the administration of the Care and Protection of Children Act 2007 so far as it relates to vulnerable children, dealing with submissions received by the Commissioner regarding the recommendations arising from the Board of Inquiry into the Child Protection System of the Northern Territory and for monitoring the Territorys response to the Little Children are Sacred Report.
