18 Structure of the Economy 2013-14 Budget for the PacificAluminium pipeline and new power generation equipment for the alumina refinery at Gove. Following the completion of construction, LNGexports are expected to increase substantially from 2016-17 onwards and will be a major driver of economic growth in the Territory.
