Erica SIMS is a long time member of the Northern Territory Police Force having served in both urban and rural communities throughout the NT. Erica has a special interest in Youth Justice and Family and Domestic Violence. She is currently a Sergeant in Police Human Resources._______________________________________________ Ms Heather Sjoberg Heather Sjoberg is an Alderman on Darwin City Council and has been a Northern Territory resident since 1976. She has two Masters degrees, one in Education and the other in Business Administration and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She has worked in the health sector as a psychologist and in management. Mr Kenton Winsley Kenton James Winsley is the Director of Aboriginal Health Workers, Top End Remote Health; Kenton has completed a number of qualifications in the health industry and has been providing remote primary health care and medical emergency care to remote communities for the past 7 years. Air Commodore Kenneth N Watson Air Commodore Watson has served with the RAAF for 30 years. His flying career was served as a Maritime Navigator on P-3C Orions with units of No.92 Wing and on exchange with the US Navy. He is a graduate of the RAAF Command and Staff College and the Centre for Strategic Studies, holding a Masters in Strategic Studies from Deakin University. His staff appointments include Capability Development (Electronic Warfare and Space Surveillance) and Chief of Staff to CDF. His command appointments include Commanding Officer No.3 Control and Reporting Unit, Officer Commanding No.41 Wing, Commander Air Force Training Group and currently serves as Commander Northern Command.
