Allowances paid to Council members at rates determined by the NSW Attorney General in accordance with Clause 4, Schedule 2, Professional Standards Act 1994 (NSW). These allowances are the same for all members, with the exception of the Chair. The figures under each Council are derived from the application of a formula specified in the Professional Standards Councils Inter-Departmental Service Agreement 2010 which allocates expenses to each Council based on their proportion of the total revenue. 5. Final total expenditure information is derived from NSW DAGJ incorporating variances from estimated expenditure figures used to derive service charges. Under the Professional Standards Inter-Departmental Service Agreement 2010 (extended to 30 June 2013, signed by all the States and Territories with the NSW DAGJ, each Council bears a proportion of the total expenditure based on their share of the total revenues for all the Councils. Each Council is invoiced by the NSW DAGJ for their portion of the expenditure. Invoiced services provided by OPSC, in accordance with the service agreement, were based on estimated expenditure at 30 June 2012. These amounts do not include goods and services tax.
