From 2011, NSW DAGJ has continued to improve energy efficiency in its Justice Precinct Office located in Parramatta. OPSC staff co-operated with the NSW DAGJ energy challenge by switching off all unnecessary office lighting and turning off office equipment such as computers and monitors at close of business each day. The Professional Standards Council of Victoria received no requests under the Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Vic) in the reporting period. COMpLIANCe WITh The BuIldIng ACT 1993 (VIC) The Professional Standards Council of Victoria does not lease or own property in Victoria. WhISTleBloWerS ProTeCTIon ACT 2001 (VIC) The Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 (Vic) encourages and facilitates disclosures of improper conduct by public officers and public bodies. For the 12 months ended 30 June 2012, the Professional Standards Council of Victoria did not receive any disclosures covered by the Whistleblowers Protection Act 2001 (Vic).
