Stakeholders at this exercise included Police, St John Ambulance, NT Major Events Company, Royal Darwin Hospital Emergency Department representatives, Supercars Security provider and NCCTRC Medical Team members, Professor Notaras said. The NCCTRC will stand up its TrackMi IT capability for this event. Its a system developed by NCCTRC that enables mobile electronic triage of patients and makes patient information available quickly.This interacts with a web-based database to gather information on casualty numbers. "It not only allows for early medical resource allocation, but provides real time tracking in order to monitor and manage any evolving situation that may require an enhanced medical response.
