Territory Families is seeking NTCOSS input to the planned communication and co-design approach for its projects and has committed to providing regular communication on its plans and actions. The following is information provided by Territory Families: In consultation with agency staff and external stakeholders, Territory Families is developing its Strategic Plan 2017-2020. The Strategic Plan will support the integration of the newly created Territory Families agency and identify a shared: vision; mission; values; goals; strategies; and key actions The plan will provide direction for the agencys work priorities and will assist to deliver outcomes in line with Territory Families purpose and the Northern Territory Governments major policy priorities for families and children. The new Strategic Plan will be finalised and released in June 2017. The Territory Families Senior Executive Group is hosting regional workshops through March and April, inviting employees and external stakeholder to voluntary participate in providing input into developing the Strategic Plan.
