The purpose of A&C15 is to ensure that all Territorians and visitors, wherever in the Territory they are located, are equipped and encouraged to use existing and emerging digital technologies to: 1. engage in creation of works of imagination and scholarship, 2. record, access and apply formal and customary knowledge to solve problems and create opportunity, 3. take part in creative exploration of culture and identity, 4. enjoy the economic and social benefits of participation in the creative economy, 5. share experiences and collaborate, 6. understand the history and natural and social character of their surroundings. A&C15 seeks to add value to public and private collections by offering the Territory and wide communities better access, more opportunities for learning, new experiences, better ways of sharing knowledge and perspectives, and fostering artistic and other creative interactions. - Page 7,
