Sea Darwin owner Jim Smith said the boat was found against the rock wall of the Waterfront early yesterday morning. The boat had damage to its paint work and required new moorings, costing Mr Smith $3000. Mr Smith suspects the vandals may have been attempting to steal the boat. We launched the vessel in May this year. Its a state-ofthe-art vessel and its very sad that somebody could be so ignorant, he said. The boat is used for turtle eco tours year round.
