our goals and Strategies client needs and access goal statement: Ensure equitable access to legal services by recognising and responding to our diverse and changing client needs. Strategies for 2007 2010: l Develop and implement a marketing strategy which will raise the profile of the Commission as a provider of first choice. l Establish and implement strategies and procedures to enhance client service through data collection and reporting to meet clients needs to develop targeted programs and achieve funding. l Ensure all clients who need an interpreter are provided with one. l Include in our training plan a program to assist our understanding of our clients special needs and circumstances including: language, culture, social and health. l Ongoing assessment of service delivery requirements of our outreach programs including: l Indigenous Families Program; l Tennant Creek Legal Resource Centre; l Remote and regional access to information and advice; l Legal Information Line; and l Family Dispute Resolution Conferencing. l Research the need and viability of dedicated community workers to liaise with and support our service and clients. l Review and enhance our Community Legal Education materials and delivery. Partnerships and collaboration goal statement: As a leader in legal service delivery in the NT, develop and maintain sound enduring partnerships with key agencies to ensure ongoing collaboration with stakeholders and client groups. Strategies for 2007-2010 l Lead and participate in key external activities and forums. l Develop plans for resource sharing with other legal and related services to create greater efficiencies, particularly in servicing remote clients. l Initiate new projects in partnership with other agencies and service providers.
