The penalty for any breach of this Order shall be $1,000 minimum per tree". The Superintendent. may mark other individual trees for preservation, which shall be left standing and uninjured. MEASUREMENT Clearing and Grubbing will be measured in hectares for clearing within designated road reserves or large areas and on a machine hire basis for removal of designated trees within allotments. The item or the scheduled rate per unit of measurement paid for clearing and grubbing shall include full compensation for fuTilishing all labour and constructional plant and for all expenses necessary for completing the clearing and grubbing including any reinstatement of property as specified in the Contract Documents and as directed by the Superintendent .
