Under a Regional Authority Structure provide a locally managed Health Service (Aboriginal Medical Service AMS) funded by Federal and Territory Governments (OR) 62. Form a strong partnership with the existing service provider (NT Health and East Arnhem Shire) (OR) 63. Lead a partnership with a new/alternate aged/disability service provider (eg Miwatj Health Aboriginal Corporation) 64. Explore renewable energy options for Groote Eylandt. 65.
