ALC 15 year Strategic Plan 5. Goal A: Protect the Land and Sea 46 Because Groote Eylandt people have exclusive possession of their terrestrial territory already, the sea claim is a once off project. ACTIONS: 20. Register a Native Title Claim over Anindilyakwa sea country. 21. Seek a consent determination with the NT Government for a Native Title Claim over Groote archipelago seas.
