The purpose of this role is to supervise the day to day operations of the Indervon Roadhouse to provide a profi table, effi cient and high standard of operation. The ideal candidate for this role will have proven experience in retail operations and staff management. The successful candidate will need to carry out the following duties: Supervise the daily operations of the Roadhouse/Forecourt, including ordering and maintaining stock levels. Operating the point of sale system in line with all relevant Laws and By-laws. Supervise, train and assist console operators as required. Comply with statutory requirements including current OH&S legislation.
