The Northern Territory Government Gazette No. G3, 16 January 2013 Page 3 Crown Lands Act RESERVE No. 1663 (BLATHERSKITE PARK RESERVE) APPOINTMENT OF TRUSTEE AND CHAIRMAN OF TRUSTEES I, ADAM GRAHAM GILES, Minister for Local Government: (a) under section 79(4) of the Crown Lands Act, appoint Wulf Heimrich Kurt Pfau to be a trustee of Reserve No. 1663 (Blatherskite Park Reserve); and (b) under section 79(1) of the Act, appoint Bradden Anthony Bellette, a trustee of Blatherskite Park Reserve, to be Chairman of the trustees. GILES Minister for Local Government 4/3 Place Names Act NAMING OF PLACE I, PETER GLEN CHANDLER, Minister for Lands, Planning and the Environment, under section 11(1)(a) of the Place Names Act, approve the recommendation contained in a report of the Place Names Committee for the Northern Territory that the roads shown hatched on the map in the Schedule be named Irrampenye Street, Werlatye Court and Maconochie Road. CHANDLER Minister for Lands, Planning and the Environment Note: Irrampenye Street named after one of the Traditional Owners of Alice Springs (male), born in the region of the Old Telegraph Station in the mid 1800's (pronounced irrr-ram-pen-ya). Werlatye Court named after one of the Traditional Owners of Alice Springs (female), born in the region of the Old Telegraph Station in the mid 1800's (pronounced wool-at-ya). Maconochie Road named after John Maconochie who, at the time of his death, had been the longest serving Botanist in the NT, employed continuously in Alice Springs from 1967 to 1984. 5/3 Community Justice Centre Act NOTICE Pursuant to s 26(3) of the Community Justice Centre Act (NT) the Community Justice Consultative Council notifies of the making of policy guidelines for the provision of mediation services.
