INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATOR Ngaanyatjarra Services is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Information Technology Administrator. The position will be based in our office in Alice Springs with occasional travel to Ngaanyatjarra Lands. The successful candidate will be prepared to undertake the following key responsibilities: Manage network configuration and security for a small group of organisations in Alice Springs, Perth, and the Ngaanyatjarra Lands of WA. Desktop support, development of networks to remote indigenous communities, support for expansion of accounting systems. Provide technical support in a range of IT areas from Intranet development / server / network to desktop issues. Coordinate technology issues between units and communities. Liaise with external IT support that assists with IT infrastructure or systems within the organisation. Solid working knowledge of Virtualisation and Cisco routers.
