Eachofthetenantsreceivesindependentsupportfrom thePathwaystoRecoveryProgramand(separately)theAdminteamwhichactsaslandlord: overseeingthetenancyagreements,thecollectionofrentandpropertymanagement.MHACAs currenthousingstockconsistsof3x1bedroomunitsand1x2bedroomflat. Renovations Therenovationofthe2bedroomflatwascompletedinlateJune,andthecurrenttenantisvery appreciativeofthechangesmade.Avacancyhasoccurredinthisunitduetothemoveofthe othertenantintoa1bedroomunitwhichbecamevacantandwearecurrentlyseeking expressionsofinterestforsharedtenancy. HousingIssues Alackofhousingandsupportoptionsforpeoplewithmentalillnessisbecomingacriticalissue. MHACAisundertakingaHousingandSupportModelprojectthatwillassesshousingoptionsand supportmodelsforpeoplewithapsychiatricdisability.
