The accompanying annual financial statements have been prepared pursuant to the provisions of the Northern Territory Treasury Corporation Act and other prescribed requirements. We certify that: a. the accompanying financial statements and notes are in agreement with the accounts and records of the Northern Territory Treasury Corporation; and b. in our opinion: (i) the prescribed requirements in respect of the establishment and keeping of accounts have been complied with in all material respects; and (ii) the accompanying annual financial statements have been drawn up in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards, and present a true and fair view of the transactions of the Northern Territory Treasury Corporation for the year ended 30June2012and of the financial position as at 30June2012.
