Particularly in maintenance and transference of traditional culture. Ensuring training and professional development opportunities for local Indigenous employees is a key priority of this position. Excellent communication skills and an ability to be effi cient in a culturally diverse work environment are also essential. Computer skills are essential and experience with AMS & MYOB would be advantageous as the use of these programs is necessary to the day to day running of the Art Centre.
