The Tender Closing Time is currently anticipated to be on or about 27 September 2012. How to register to obtain a copy of the RFT. The process for obtaining a copy of the RFT is as follows: 1. Prospective tenderers are required to first register their interest in the RFT by sending an email to JLC.DLTPprocurement@defence.gov.au, including full company and contact details. 2. Prospective tenderers may register their interest in the RFT on or after 25 February 2012. 3. Following receipt of this registration, the Commonwealth will forward to the registrant by email a Deed of Confidentiality and Fidelity (the Deed) for execution by the prospective tenderer. 4. The prospective tenderer is required to complete and execute the Deed without amendment and forward (by email in a PDF format), an executed copy of the Deed to JLC.DLTPprocurement@defence.gov.au and immediately also forward by courier the original completed and executed version of the Deed to the Contact Officer at the address below. 5. Following receipt by the Commonwealth of the PDF version of the duly completed and executed Deed, the Commonwealth may issue the Defence Commercial-in-Confidence Information (as defined in the Deed, which includes the RFT) to a prospective tenderer. Subject to the above, the Commonwealth will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that all prospective tenderers who have returned a duly completed and executed Deed to the Commonwealth before 12:00 noon AEST on 1 May 2012 (or such other time and date as may be notified to registrants by the Commonwealth in writing) are issued with the Defence Commercial-in-Confidence Information on the date on which the Defence Commercial-in-Confidence Information first becomes available for issue. Any delay in returning a duly completed and executed Deed to the Commonwealth after this date will delay the issue of Defence Commercial-in-Confidence Information to a prospective tenderer. Prospective tenderers are not entitled to make any claim for, and the Commonwealth shall not be liable for, any liability, costs or loss incurred as a result of any delay in a prospective tenderer receiving the Defence Commercial-in-Confidence Information.
