Lawyers for Sheridan said an unnamed ABC employee would testify executives ordered the computer hard drives of producers be wiped just after Sheridan filed a $6 million lawsuit. She claims she was fired after an on-set altercation with show creator, Marc Cherry. Her lawyer Mark Baute said the employee had just come forward and he was very nervous and very reluctant. STARS GUILTYPLEA CAIRNS: The Straits star Aaron Faaoso has pleaded guilty to damaging a cash register at a far north Queensland nightclub. Faaoso, 36, was charged with drunk and disorderly conduct, and wilful damage over the incident at The Heritage in Cairns on October 16. He appeared in Cairns Magistrates Court yesterdaywhere he pleaded guilty to both charges. The matter was adjourned until April 23 for a plea hearing.
