Department of Construction and Infrastructure Annual Report 2010-2011 13 Branch Profiles The Strategic Projects and Client Services Branch is committed to building strong relationships with Government client Agencies across all portfolios. Strategic Projects and Client Services Strategic Projects and Client Services is responsible for project management of Capital Works across the Territory on behalf of Government Client Agencies. This branch leads a diverse unit of many disciplines including: Client Services - responsible for project management of capital works projects (built infrastructure) across the Territory on behalf of Government Client Agencies. Major Projects - delivers a portfolio of significant infrastructure projects for the Northern Territory Government. Projects are assessed on a range of criteria including size, technical and procurement complexity and government priority. Stimulus - responsible for timely delivery of the Building Education Revolution and Stimulus Housing projects. Infrastructure Coordination Working Futures - provides functional coordination of Infrastructure program delivery across the 20 Growth Towns, including the integration of Northern Territory Government and Australian Government projects.
