Department of Construction and Infrastructure Annual Report 2010-2011 14 Branch Profiles Strategic Projects and Client Services Achievements 2010-2011 Completed Stage Two Tiger Brennan Drive Delivered Rosebery Schools ahead of schedule Delivered projects at 151 schools across the Territory Managed Parap Gateway joint venture with industry to deliver quality residential accommodation including affordable housing Established six infrastructure working groups encompassing multiple stakeholders to facilitate delivery in Growth Towns Developed industry partnering model with industry utilising outsourced and internal staff to effectively deliver multiple projects across BER. Strategic Projects and Client Services Priorities 2011-2012 Focus on strengthening partnerships across the entire lifespan of a project as part of DCIs change initiative Establish New Partnering Agreements with all client agencies to develop a higher level of service delivery Develop a higher standard of procurement services ensuring value for money and client satisfaction Develop and establish Project Management Office to provide continuous improvement of project management standards and delivery methodologies.
