Completion date: Delivery commenced from June 2010 with the last apartment completed in March 2011. Achievements built 47 houses project completed within revised timeframe and budget all houses certified and currently occupied Challenges two contractors liquidated mid project Cyclone Carlos and extreme weather conditions limited access to East Arnhem Region contractors evacuated from Regions for safety reasons Project description: To upgrade Arafura Athletics Track and Field for the 2011 Arafura Games, including resurfacing the track, drainage and lighting for the facility. Completion date: Track completed February 2011. Field completed in time for the May 2011 Arafura Games. Achievements upgraded Track and Field completed upgrade in time for the 2011 Arafura Games, hosting more than 2200 athletes from 41 countries received certification on 6 May 2011 the day before the games Challenges non negotiable timeframe wettest season on record race against time to lay the track before the wet
