Keith Thiele was in charge of Manual Arts Teaching for the whole of the NT.
Joe Haigh was the Principal of Angurugu School and Bill Green was the Manual Arts teacher there.
I was the Manual Arts teacher at Yirrkala, Tony Boase was the Manual Arts teacher at Nhulunbuy High School, Rick Penfold was at Dhupuma College, not sure where Keith Jeans was Teaching ( maybe Millingimbi).,
