Prime Cuts Meat Supplies director Roger Oakden (front) helping David Dodd and David Williams to pack an order. D i r e c t o r R o g e r Oakden thanked all his clients and staff, past and present, for P r i m e C u t M e a t Supplies 10 years in business. Mr Oakden said: We have received great support over the years from all our clients which is greatly appreciated. They are all important to us whether they are high profile restaurants, organisations such as the Mai Wiru Stores, the government or individuals. The staff who have worked with us have also been an important part of the business. Mr Oakden is a fully qualified butcher with 33 years experience in the meat wholesale and food service/catering industry. The business provides meat to a region ranging from the Pitjantjatjara lands to Darwin and Gove. Maintaining the standard of service and product is important to the Alice Springs Prime Cut Meat Supplies Director. This has seen the business grow to 12 staff and invest in the latest technology to ensure it could handle the increase in the quantity of meat it handles every week. Mr Oakden said this could be more than 20 tonnes a week. Alice Springs Prime Cut Meat Supplies is primarily a wholesale supplier of beef, pork, veal, lamb, game meats and poultry. Beef represents about 60 per cent of its meat supplies followed by lamb on 30 per cent. It is also able to obtain smallgoods, seafood and cater to specific requirements in regard to cuts and preparation. Mr Oakden said We supply to bush communities and prepack and price the product for their specific needs. We want to make the public aware however that even though we are a wholesale establishment we still accept domestic orders of any size. The public is able to order meat from Alice Springs Prime Cut Meat Supplies at wholesale prices. For more information contact Alice Springs Prime Cut Meat Supplies on 89535907.
