The Clontarf program engages and supports young Indigenous men in education until they complete year 12 and then assists them to find employment. Participants are required to attend school regularly, apply themselves to their study and embrace the academys requirements for behaviour and self-discipline. The program also involves early morning and after-school training sessions and interschool tournaments. Centre on 10 September 2011. Most Territory winners will then go on to compete against the nations best at the Australian Training Awards in Brisbane on 25 November.
