The group discussed the change to the constitution required. We are required to include how many days notice we will give for a special general meeting. All agreed to the change. The motion to accept the amendments to the Constitution ( as attached ) be adopted was moved by Bernie Dwyer and seconded by Toni Vine Bromley.. All in favour motion carriedcarriedcarriedcarried.
