North e r n T e r r i t o r y C o u n c i l o f S o c i a l S e r v i c e I n c o r p o r a t e d 7 2006 AGM Minutes E x e c u t i v e D i r e c t o r s R e p o r t Wendy Morton, the Executive Director, presented the Executive Director s Report mentioning that it was a year of surprises, both good and not so good. Wendy thanked all staff members for their hard work and support during the year. They were Jonathon Pilbrow representing both NTCOSS and NT Shelter in Alice Springs, Kerrie Kathy Banister who carried out the Sector Development project and coordinated the Conference, Rachel Ruta our administration officer, Marilyn Starr the Mental Health Coalition project officer, and Christie Dickenson, Jennifer Whiting and Mindy Greenwood from the JET program, which was handed back to the Department 1st July 2006.. Motion that the Executive Director s Report be accepted was moved by Vicki O Halloran and seconded by Tracy Brand. All in favour motion carried.carried.carried.carried. T r e a s u r e r s R e p o r t Bernie Dwyer, presented the Treasurer s Report and Auditors Report, stating that in summery there was more cash in the funds than there were liabilities and all projects were in a surplus position or close to break even. Motion that the Treasurer s report be accepted was moved by Barry Hansen and seconded by Anthony Vidot. All in favour motion carried.carried.carried.carried. E l e c t i o n o f A u d i t o r Motion that NTCOSS continue to commission Sue Lee as its auditor was moved by Bernie Dwyer and seconded by Barry Hansen. All in favour motion carried.carried.carried.carried. E l e c t i o n o f B o a r d a n d E x e c u t i v e Barry Hansen declared all positions vacant on the Board and Executive. Wendy Morton acted as returning officer.
